How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and complete checkout with a valid payment method and an eligible U.S. shipping address.
When is the order cutoff?
5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, are treated as received the next business day.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Email support@loomandlodge.com or call (570) 504-4623 with your order number. After shipment, use our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you accept phone or email orders?
Standard orders are placed on the website. Customer service can help with problems, but inventory and payment are processed through checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only.
Where do you not ship?
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, freight-forwarding addresses, or any address outside the United States.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Eligible U.S. orders include free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Processing is 1–3 business days. Transit is 5–8 business days after the order ships. Most eligible orders arrive about 6–11 business days after the order is received.
Do you ship on weekends?
No. We process and ship on Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email tracking when the order ships.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of the carrier delivery date, or within 7 days of the latest estimated delivery date if it never arrives. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
Payments, tax, and pricing
Are prices in U.S. dollars?
Yes.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. Displayed prices include applicable sales tax.
Will I be charged extra at checkout?
No separate tax or shipping charge is added for eligible orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and any digital wallets shown at checkout. We do not accept COD, mailed checks, or cryptocurrency.
When is my card charged?
When you place the order.

What do you sell?
Three product lines:
- Bedding 4-piece sets
- Tablecloth, apron, and napkin sets
- Removable / washable chair covers and ottoman covers
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We photograph products as accurately as we can. Natural fibers can vary slightly from screen to screen and from dye lot to dye lot.
Will linen or cotton wrinkle or shrink?
Yes, some wrinkle and slight shrinkage after washing is normal for natural fibers. Follow the care label. That is not a defect.
Do you sell furniture frames?
No. We sell textile covers and soft-home goods, not sofa or dining-table frames.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Not unless a product page says so. Please check measurements before you order chair covers and ottoman covers.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
30 calendar days from delivery.
Who pays return shipping?
We do. After you request a return, we send a prepaid label.
Where do I send returns?
Habitat Threads LLC, Loom & Lodge Returns, 407 Mulberry St, Quitman, MO 64487, United States. Do not mail a return before you receive authorization.
What condition is required?
Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, and damage. Complete sets must be returned together.
Can I return bedding or table linens I already used?
No, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item. Used or washed textiles cannot be restocked.
Do you offer exchanges?
We refund eligible returns to the original payment method. Place a new order for a different size or color.
How fast are refunds?
Within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
